In Handwriting is a film that deals with the never-ending and rapidly changing relationship of time and space. Using a combination of images, text, photos, voiceover, and archival footage, the film juxtaposes the past and present with the story of a series of murders that occur over three boroughs of New York, with the ultimate climax in the filmmaker's hometown.
