Tom Murphy (Grandpa) is an old man who likes telling his grandkids stories of his adventures. Lucy (Grandma) has spent the last forty years trying to keep Tom out of trouble and in touch with reality. This action/comedy begins at the end of one story. When the next story begins, Tom's imagination takes over and Lucy must bring him back to reality again and again. As the last story begins, the bond between Tom and Lucy can be seen as the story fades.
