Husband brings wife to recently purchased property as a surpise. Property was formerly owned by a sorority for parties. Two women were killed and one left severly brain damaged. The neighbor is a strange old man always seen carrying a machete. The wife is edgy and the husband is a jerk. Could one of these three be the killer who was never caught?
