The New World Order is taken over, all citizens must report for the microchip implant. Pete wants to escape reality taking a hallucinogenic substance. Lost in delusion, he meets Joseph Burdens who informs him of top secret experiments and gives him a briefcase. Pete warns his friends, but they are too wasted to believe him. Until the murder of his best friend Daisy leads him to fight for his freedom.
